About LoanDX

In late 2002, our mortgage industry clients recognized the need to manage their documents and information more efficiently in order to increase volume and partner satisfaction while containing costs. An effective electronic document management system, accessible from anywhere, was what was needed.

We shopped around for a system that would:

  • Be easy to set up and use
  • Be functional in a mortgage operation
  • Include reporting capabilities
  • Store not only documents, but the data that identifies loans
We came up empty-handed.

This situation led to a collaborative development effort between EC Data Systems and our clients to build a platform that would serve their needs and be extensible in the future to plug in features like contact management and electronic fax.

Today, LoanDX serves multiple clients and is the only platform of its kind. Developed BY loan people FOR loan people, it truly sets the standard for functionality, ease of use, and rapid return on investment.
